When most brands update or come out with a new version of a popular series, they just tweak them a little, perhaps adding a few features or small cosmetic adjustments here and there, but basically it is still recognizable as being the same binocular. Not only do they have a completely new look, but they are made using alternative materials and are also set at a new, cheaper price bracket.
